QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Manufacturing Associate in BEAVER DAM, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Operate and maintain various machines and equipment used in production. Tasks may include setting up machinery, monitoring production runs, and performing routine maintenance - Inspect products at different stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any defects or deviations from specifications to ensure high-quality output - Learn and perform a variety of tasks across different production stations, including but not limited to assembly, packaging, and material handling - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Provide feedback on production processes and suggest improvements - Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Report any safety hazards or incidents to maintain a safe working environment - Work effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
