Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This company has been around for many years and continues to thrive. They produce their product daily, which gets sent out to major suppliers such as Walmart, Costco, convenience stores, and many more.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for all phases of line processes, including production, sanitation, maintenance, and quality. They will conduct repairs and on-line adjustments, perform daily inspection checklists of equipment, and carry out setups and modifications to machines, methods, or processes. Additional responsibilities include:

• Performing required line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns

• Lubricating line equipment according to standard operating methods and frequencies

• Conducting preventative maintenance

• Ensuring the proper packaging supplies are available for the shift

Hard Skills

• Mechanical Maintenance

• Hydraulics

• Pneumatics

• Troubleshooting

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

This company is a GMP environment, so proper PPE is required:

• Hair net

• Beard net

• Non-slip shoes

• Safety glasses

Shifts:

• 2nd shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

• 3rd shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am

Each shift is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Overtime is limited but can be expected during the busy season, which starts in July and goes until the end of the year.

Pay: $29-$31 per hour
