We are looking for a Site Gatekeeperto join our Agricultural Solutions team inBeaumont, Texas!

This position offers flexible hours - either 4-10s, 9-80s, or 5-8s.

The Gatekeeper role at the Beaumont Facility is crucial for maintenance execution and acts as a liaison between Production and Maintenance. It provides leadership and oversight for routine, emergency, break-in, and shutdown work, including priority setting and backlog management. The Gatekeeper ensures the quality of notifications and efficiency in execution. They also support the Asset Manager in analyzing maintenance key performance indicators such as spending, overdue Preventative Maintenance (PM), high priority, and other measures.

As a Site Gatekeeper, you create chemistry by...

  • Managing SAP Notifications, prioritization, and communication of planning and scheduling.

  • Reviewing notifications; challenging high priority work, ensuring the quality of notification content, addressing call outs, etc.

  • Facilitating and leading coordination of site-wide maintenance execution meetings, including the morning Tier 2 meeting, communication meeting, PM compliance meeting, conformation of history check meeting, backlog meeting, daily update and prioritization, week lookahead, etc.

  • Reviewing KPIs such as backlog, PM compliance, high priority, etc.

  • Acting as the field coordinator for administration.

  • Managing project manpower and prioritization for maintenance TAR (Turnaround) activities, including challenging scope and criteria.

If you have...

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • An associate degree in a technical field is preferred.

  • 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant environment and/or maintenance organization.

  • In-depth knowledge with effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution experience is desired.

  • Proficiency with SAP Maintenance platform, Excel, and other Microsoft Office software (knowledge of Power BI a plus).

  • Proven leadership experience and capabilities in a manufacturing environment.

  • Skilled at both stakeholder and conflict management and excellent communication skills.

  • Highly skilled at collaboration and decision making based on site criticality analyses and production requirements.

  • Capability to serve as a facilitator for meetings and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
