The Opportunity:
This person will serve as an onsite SME and trainer for Sensor to Shooter Kill Chain Automation (StS KCA) processes on Intelligence Community (IC) based multi-source correlation toolsets supporting the DGS-2 operational objectives related to dynamic targeting at Beale Air Force Base CA.
Develop, deliver, and maintain training on Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (ISRT) StS KCA operations, covering AF DCGS processes and best practices executed using StS methodology and tools to support StS KCA operations.
Coordinate with local and enterprise subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, applicability, and currency of training materials with operational practices and standards.
Conduct hands-on training sessions, simulations, and exercises that enhance operational readiness and response and mirror real-world operations as well as sensor-to-shooter methodologies.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training.
Assist in the development of TTPs as well as other governing documents regarding the implementation of StS and F2T2EA methodologies.
Provide training and SME support for multisource correlation applications. These include but are not limited to Watchbox, FADE, SNAPGLASS, TURBO, THRESHER, ArcGIS, SENTIENT/ Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA), Maven Smart Systems (MSS).
The primary core competencies include providing site specific training and curriculum development, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.
Provide onsite training support of multi-source correlation tools and operational implementation of TTPs, have knowledge of AF DCGS multi-int operations, knowledge of how AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs) operate.
Applicants should possess operational knowledge with initiatives such as AF DCGS Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), OBP, Structured Observation Management (SOM) along with activities-based intelligence.
Provide SME support to unit level exercises and test events utilizing F2T2EA processes and automated kill chain applications.
Qualifications:
Required:
(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of related work experience.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System Enterprise and U.S. Air Force collection platforms and capabilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Experience in instructional systems design as well as training and developing personnel, particularly in the use of AF DCGS operations and airborne ISR technologies and processes.
Knowledge of and adherence to relevant military, federal, and intelligence community standards and regulations.
MUST have active TS/SCI.
Desired:
Military Instructor Certified.
Experience with the Air Operations Center (AOC) Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance Division (ISRD) and Targeting.
Experience with Exercise integration and training scenario development capabilities.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$73,800 - 155,100 USD
