Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of various projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead high-performing project teams. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.

• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels. Build strong relationships and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Performance Management: Establish clear expectations and performance standards for project team members. Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues promptly and professionally.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Accountability : Drive accountability with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective completion of project deliverables and milestones.

• Performs other duties as assigned and appropriate.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Education & Working Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• PMP Certification.

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management, demonstrating strong skills in planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling projects.

• Experience managing a variety of projects, including IT projects.

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.

• Experience in or with the concrete industry is a plus but not required.

Professional Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).

• Highest level of honesty and integrity.

Travel

Travel up to 15% as needed.
