Our client, a dynamic player in the food service industry, is seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join their team.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a positi ve attitude which will align successfully in the organization. This is a temporary opportunity.

Job Title: Food Preparation Worker

Location: Bay Shore, NY

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:45am-1:15pm with 30 minute lunch break

What's the Job?

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.

• Handle and process raw materials, including chicken.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Participate in the setup and breakdown of food service operations.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Previous experience working with food, preferably in an industrial setting.

• Ability to handle and process raw materials, including chicken, in a food production environment.

• Capability to lift, bend, and manage heavy workloads as part of daily job duties.

• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
