Euclid Industries, Inc Machine Operators/Programmers in Bay City, Michigan

Type of Position: 1stShift, RFT.

Work Schedule: Monday -- Friday

Overtime: Available depending on the job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently set-up and program CNC lathes and mills
  • Trial and edit programs as necessary.
  • Maintain fixtures and tooling.
  • Train other operators
  • Read and follow instructional materials (set-up sheets, blueprints, etc.
  • Continuous improvement
  • 5S
  • Abide by all health and safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to program, set-up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as CNC Programmer/Set-up or equivalent education
  • 2-year associate degree preferred
  • Mastercam programming experience required.
  • Program and operate single spindle Okuma LB as well as twin turret, twin spindle Okuma LT lathes.
  • Euclid to provide training if necessary.
  • Program and operate HAAS and Hardinge milling machines.
  • Euclid to provide training if necessary.Ability to Read Blueprints and Set-up Sheets, GD&T knowledge preferred.

Prior to working, must pass a drug test. Quality and Safety Conscious

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
