Ellie Mental Health Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Baxter, Minnesota
As a full-time Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. This position is fully remote and will serve clients across the State of Minnesota, but will be based under our Brainerd, MN clinic. This position requires independent clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP). Full-time Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision Free access to virtual urgent care and short-term counseling 401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance Multiple pay models to choose from with industry-leading compensation Reasonable caseload expectations and flexible scheduling Comfortable, furnished offices and clinic environment Free Supervision Free attendance for internal CEU's Required Skills/Abilities: Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Candidates must have independent clinical licensure for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes Passion for topics such as, but not limited to: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity and sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, psychotherapy Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Responsibilities include: Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Ellie was proudly founded by clinicians on the principle of de-stigmatizing mental health. There is the opportunity to provide tele-health services, but you do need to be able to commute into the office on a regular basis.
