Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to layout, assemble, and wire electrical components on balers. The role also involves building electrical panels according to specifications, engineering designs, and schematics.
Responsibilities
Layout, assemble, and wire electrical components on balers.
Build electrical panels following specifications, engineering designs, and schematics.
Use wire strippers, hand drills, air wrenches, hydraulic knockouts, and AMP meters.
Understand and interpret electrical schematics.
Perform basic math required for assembly tasks.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in basic electrical work.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wire strippers, hand drills, air wrenches, and hydraulic knockouts.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Strong attendance record.
Experience in mechanical assembly, residential electrical, or automotive electrical work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work well with others.
Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
A mindset geared towards learning and growth.
Experience with control panels and micrometers.

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-temperature-controlled warehouse with large fans and ongoing improvements. You may occasionally need to lift up to 70 lbs and perform tasks that involve kneeling, stooping, and bending. The workshop conditions include exposure to shop noise, dust, fumes, and heat, with occasional work outside.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baxley, Ga.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
