Job Description
The Recruiter will work alongside the HR Manager to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
This includes screening candidates based on resumes/applications, performing phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and sending out the mechanical aptitude tests required for each candidate.
The Recruiter will sort through 70-90 candidates per posting and recruit for all skillsets within the five branches in West Michigan, with a focus on skilled trades roles. Approximately 90% of the time will be spent on recruiting, while the remaining time will support the Human Resources department as needed.
Responsibilities
Screen candidates based on resumes/applications.
Perform phone screens and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
Send out mechanical aptitude tests required for each candidate.
Sort through 70-90 candidates per posting to decide which candidates to move forward.
Recruit for all skillsets within the five branches in West Michigan, focusing on skilled trades roles.
Support the Human Resources department as needed, including assisting with corrective actions and union work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00
