Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Battle Creek, Michigan

Description

We are on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Battle Creek, Michigan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage customer interactions, maintain customer records, process applications, and monitor customer accounts. This role requires you to be hands-on, highly organized, and detail-oriented. This is a part time role, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-2:30pm, 20 hours/week, 100% onsite role for 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally

• Provide top-notch customer service in all interactions

• Accurately input and manage data entries

• Conduct email correspondence with a high level of professionalism

• Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Operate Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email communication

• Use Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and reporting

• Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Requirements • Possess strong skills in answering inbound calls, efficiently managing queries, and providing comprehensive information to callers.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, showcasing a detail-oriented demeanor while engaging with diverse individuals.

• Have proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Be adept in email correspondence, managing, organizing, and responding to emails in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

• Have experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication and information transfer.

• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel, performing tasks such as data analysis, report generation, and spreadsheet management.

• Demonstrate adeptness in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization.

• Be proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging and informative presentations.

• Display strong skills in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
