GCG Wire Management Product Success Manager in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Overview
GCG Connectivity and Power Solutions is currently seeking a strategic Product Success Manager to enable revenue growth with ourwire management product lines (https://www.awcwire.com/wire-and-cable-accessories) . In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside our Wire Management Product Manager and sales teams to expand our market presence withwire management products (https://www.awcwire.com/wire-and-cable-accessories) by identifying and penetrating high-potential customer accounts within our existing portfolio.
You’ll also partner withour Product and Category teams to ensure that we are competitively positioned in the market with the correct product lines, brands, sources, inventory, and cost positions that align with our customer’s requirements to maximize our growth aspirations.
This role offers a remote work arrangement however being within a reasonable driving distance of our Collegeville, PA or Grapevine, TX location would be preferred. Additionally, travel to our Collegeville, PA location would be required during the first 1 to 2 week training / onboarding period.
What you’ll do
Direct Sales calls with key customers (in partnership with the Account Managers/Territory Sales Managers)
Development and implement annual go-to-market plans and targets in conjunction with sales leaders
Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for identifying specific target opportunities
Support Account planning activities with the sales team to ensure that proper Wire Management targets are included in all account plans
Gain market intelligence through direct & indirect customer engagements to identify the correct product lines and brands required by our existing customers.
Create sales and marketing programs and campaigns to accelerate growth
Develop sales "playbooks" that describe the customers, segments, pricing, and sales pitches for each Wire Management product
Expand overall market awareness including customer count
Sales and Product training regarding Wire Management products
Identify, generate, and prioritize sales leads
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Stay on top of the market and latest developments in products, applications, and services related to our customers
Build out Addressable Market information for Wire Management products, creating a database of targeted customers and vertical markets.
Champion the opportunity funnel. (Sales Force experience is desired)
Provide Voice Of Customer concerns and feedback to internal stakeholders i.e. do we need better pricing/availability etc.
Attend tradeshows and provide market feedback to the PM team
Delivering annual sales projections and periodic sales forecasts for WM products
Delivers market insights from direct customer feedback to the Product Manager
All other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred)
5-7 years Sales of experience in both direct selling, motivating sales teams, and wire management products is required (5 years)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels
Organizational skills
Must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Time-management skills
Must understand how to prioritize their time. Must be agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical and computer skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
Goal-oriented and commission / results driven
Travel - Up to 30% of time

Competitive annual salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on commensurate, industry experience and level of knowledge specifically with Wire Management products
