Key Responsibilities
Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Work closely with product managers and developers to design user-friendly dashboards and interfaces.
Develop UI components using React JS to bring your designs to life.
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.
Present and defend design ideas and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
7+ years of experience in UX design or a related role.
3+ years with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Experience with React JS and the ability to develop front-end components.
Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience in creating and designing dashboards and data visualization.
Proven portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
