Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process with a heavy focus on three primary areas: Recruitment Support, Candidate Experience and Operational/Admin Support. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Thisis a6-month contract (1099) positionandreports directly to theVP, Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Location and Expected Work Hours

• This is a remote,home-officebasedrole and candidates located in thecontinentalUnitedStateswill be considered, with a preference for Eastern/Central time zones

• Expected work hours are 30-40 hours/weekfor this role

Essential Functions

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

• Manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and hiring statuses

• Assist in resume screening and initial candidate outreach when needed

• Contribute to projects including but not limited to candidate sourcing, reporting, candidate surveys, and ad-hoc projects

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

• Ensure timely communication and provide updates to candidates on their application status

• Assist with tracking key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate pipeline data

• Support employer branding efforts, including social media recruitment initiatives

• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degreein a related fieldand/or equivalent work experience

Required Experience , Knowledge and Skills

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles

• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and scheduling tools; Jobvite ATS experience is a PLUS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation Disclosure

Hourly rate : $ 30.00 - $40.00/hour

This represents the expectedhourlyrange for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and otherjob-relatedfactors.Dodge Construction Network’scompensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary,comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles,uncappedcommissionsplans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
