Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop and maintain Business Intelligence systems, create data-driven strategies, analyze data, deliver reports and visualizations, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and stay updated on industry trends.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst . This position will be a full-time and hybrid contract opportunity .

Candidates must be a commutable distance to Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence systems and data warehousing solutions

  • Create and implement Business Intelligence strategies and tools to support business decision-making data

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including structured and unstructured

  • Develop and maintain data models and data mappings

  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision making

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize Business Intelligence requirements

  • Research and evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

  • Mentor and train other team members on Business Intelligence best practices

  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status

What You'll Need

Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP Business Objects (BOBJ)

Desired

  • BEx Query Designer

  • SAP Budget and Planning (SBP)

  • SAP ABAP

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
