ManpowerGroup Bill of Material in Batavia, Ohio

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Bill of Material Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Bill of Material Specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production, engineering, and purchasing. The ideal candidate will have strong PC skills, excellent communication skills, and be a team player who is process-oriented.

Job Title: Senior Bill of Material Specialist

Location: Batavia, OH

Pay Range: $30-35 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Create and maintain multiple level bill of materials.

  • Interpret and incorporate engineering change notices, taking necessary actions to preclude potential safety issues on shipped orders.

  • Maintain accuracy of BOM’s with completion of engineering change notices.

  • Work with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure the BOM has correct structure as well as correct components and quantities in system.

  • Audit BOM information for accuracy and completeness. Interpret errors and take necessary actions to correct, so as not to adversely impact quality, safety, cost, delivery.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or HS Diploma with equivalent job experience/knowledge.

  • Three to Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
