Copperhead Creek Cook in Batavia, New York
Copperhead Creek Bar in Batavia is looking for a light order Cook. 5 days/nights per week, Can be full or part-time. This is a one-person kitchen that can go from being very slow to absolutely slammed. As a result, you must have experience multi-tasking and managing multiple orders at one time. Our menu consists of fryer foods such as wings, fingers, apps. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, nachos, tacos and more. You must be able to prepare and plate food for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines. Consistency, presentation, and quality are key. Other duties include keeping kitchen and workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked. Cleaning kitchen and equipment properly according to protocol. Able to stand for long periods of time including bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching. Experience with fryer, convention, and rapid cook combo-ovens preferred. You must be clean, neat, reliable, and detailed oriented with an excellent attendance record. Salary range is $16-17 per hour with food and drink discounts.
