Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

Tasks for this position include work throughout all project phases from conceptual design, schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Create detailed plans and specifications, including floor plans and elevations. Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit. Heavily involved with clients, communicating with consultants and general contractors. Attend and lead client meetings. Oversee construction administration.

Qualifications

• Accredited Degree in Architecture

• Licensed Architect

• 10+ years (flexible, but need License)

• Revit proficiency required (in professional setting)

• Can produce full sets in Revit independent

• Applicable project experience within municipal or education sectors
