Description

Our client has plans of building out 800 new store locations through 2030. They need someone to come in and do these miscellaneous tasks on the Expansion team so that FTEs can be focused on these other projects. They will be growing 200 new stores in 2025.

Some of the tasks this person will be doing are:

o Start server imaging – remotely connecting in and start imaging a server. This will all be script driven and instructions on how to do it.

• Work within Excel to track status updates for store projects, Vlookups

o Create work orders on one of the vendor websites in a web portal

o They ship equipment out to the stores and need to make sure the old equipment gets back in so they would be tracking all of the equipment in a spreadsheet

o Reviewing another portal to verify configurations. They would be taught how to log into a host portal and validate numbers

o Check and make sure forms are correct – infopath forms for technician check outs. The tech fills out a form so this person would look at the form and make sure they don’t see anything that is red. Then copy the form and put into the ITSM application.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
