We are looking for an Technical Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team! As a Technical Integration Analyst you will be responsible for integrating Barnes & Noble College ("BNC") systems and services to university systems and assisting in projects that involve the BNC stores and their clients.
How You'll Make an Impact
Advocate for our stores and continually champion BNC standards when engaged with our clients and external partners.
Build and improve processes to support specific on-boarding tasks.
Support existing business applications during and after client on-boarding.
Become a subject matter expert understanding the needs of end-users.
Troubleshoot and track issues as they arise to ensure resolution and completion.
Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
Participate in project planning and project coordination.
Additional responsibilities as required.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with providing technical client support
Knowledge of Single Sign-On concepts preferred but not required
Experience with database concepts, experience with SQL preferred but not required
Knowledge of Student Information Systems (Banner, Colleague, Jenzabar, etc.) and/or Learning Management systems (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, etc.) preferred but not required
Understanding of product development life cycle
Knowledge of application software package implementation
Knowledge of application integration
Strong analytical, interpersonal, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Ability to build and maintain partnerships at various staff and management levels and across various functions
NOTE: Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to either of our HQ office locations in Basking Ridge, NJ or Columbia, MO , as onsite work may be required in the future.

The hiring rate for this position is $26.40/hour.
