We are actively seeking a Senior Lead of Information Security Solution Architecture & Engineering to join our team. The Information Security Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security architecture for “fit for use, fit for purpose” aligned to Regeneron's IT infrastructure and applications. This role involves working closely with various business teams, departments and technical engineering teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.

A typical day might look like this:

• Actively maintain awareness of the current cybersecurity threat landscape, and how it may impact the healthcare, Biotech and manufacturing industries

• Align business requirements and security technology to protect the network perimeter, cloud, internal network and endpoints from cyber threats, malware and data loss

• Participate in architecture reviews to drive adoption of security controls as part of IT, cloud and digital projects and to integrate security requirements as part of the IT project management lifecycle

• Designing end-to-end security architectures for complex IT environments

• Evaluating and recommending security products and technologies as part of overall IT governance

• Creating detailed solution designs and technical specifications

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions

• Developing security roadmaps aligned with business strategy

• Conducting security assessments and gap analyses

• Advising on cloud security architectures and strategies

• Ability to innovate in approaches to securing the network and endpoint, through innovative technologies and innovations in process / configuration

To be considered you must have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; an MBA or CISSP certification is a plus. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. (Prior experience working with a Biotech or Pharmaceutical environment is a plus). Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, etc.) and risk management methodologies (ISO 31000, COSO). Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity governance programs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range (annually)

$145,400.00 - $237,200.00
