What you'll be doing...

As a Business Strategy, Project Manager

• You'll be responsible for supporting multiple high-impact programs across the Indirect Agent Channel. This role focuses on ensuring channel partners are prepared for key project launches.
• Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) detailed project tracking, creating support materials, aiding launch planning, aligning with cross-functional teams, and reporting out on daily/weekly update touchpoints.
• Candidates will be performing daily administrative tasks to track, organize and monitor project milestones and deliverables, as well as provide key updates to senior leaders.

The primary responsibilities of the position include:

• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables, providing weekly project updates and ensuring accuracy of updated content.
• Working closely with internal teams to maintain project performance, critical business requirements, and project roadmaps.
• Having a sense of urgency on speed and accuracy while exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Design visually appealing, content-rich presentations (leveraging G-Suite) to be delivered to or leveraged by leaders and field partners.
• Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team - all in a remote work environment.

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Operational knowledge of G Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• One or more years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with Agile Project Management Techniques.
• Experience with OneJira Project Management Platform and Process.
• Proven ability to distill large amounts of data into meaningful, actionable summaries for executive presentation.
• Proven ability to foster and manage strategic partnerships.
• Experience in a similar business environment..
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
