Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups. Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market. Creating monthly performance reports. Collaborate with team to facilitate scrum ceremonies (stand up, product backlog grooming, demo meeting, sprint planning meeting). Work with leadership and team to identify risk, issues, and dependencies. Ability to work identifying mitigation plan. Work on creating various finance dashboards using POWER BI/Excel to track burn down, forecast and variance. Ability to work creating various project plans and track closure of all tasks. Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations. . Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management. Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures working with the marketing team to position Collabera as a strategic informational technology partner and identify avenues for growth. Manage large-scale projects by preparing and reviewing operational reports and evaluating data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements and identify areas for improvement with Agile methodology.Minimum Requirements: Degree in Information Technology/Management related. MS with (2YRS) or BS (5 YRS) of work experience project management. Position requires overall ability to process workflows, data model and data integrity along with business rules & secuties. Expertise in Project management, Information technology, Big Data Technology, Statistical process & quality control, JIRA workflows SDLC methodology, Agile, finance & accounting.Travel/Relocation to various client locations or Ascendion offices within the U.S.
