Creative Project Manager - IIPosition OverviewThe Creative Project Manager - II will oversee and manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the companys marketing strategies and objectives. This role requires a blend of project management skills and event planning. Travel will be required and may have weekend hours. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability. Identify and prioritize project requirements and stakeholder needs to maximize project impact. Conduct marketing and consumer research to inform project direction and strategy. Plan and execute events that support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility. Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and conduct sponsorship valuation to assess ROI. Foster team collaboration and provide leadership to drive project success.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management within a creative environment. Strong understanding of marketing principles and event management. Proven experience in budget management and ROI evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
