Kuehne+Nagel National Key Account Manager in Basaksehir, Turkey

At Kuehne+Nagel, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Key Account Team, managing some of our most strategic Healthcare accounts across Turkey. This position is ideal for someone who excels in building strong relationships, managing stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Your Role

A Key Account Manager is expected to foster a close working relationship with related key stakeholders, maximize business opportunities and maintain a long-term relationship with largest Healthcare customers to achieve the targets and objectives. The candidate shall preferably have experience with related companies, should be eager to discover their business dynamics, supply chain flow, short -long term strategies. The candidate will be actively working on both Global and National Account development. Related to this he/she must create a strong engagement with global and local stakeholders to ensure a successful sales cycle is completed.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible of national development with National and Global strategies of Kuehne+Nagel

  • You will develop an efficient portfolio of large customers by creating trust relationships and with solution mindsetapproach.

  • You will comply with Kuehne+Nagel Sales Management Processes and systems by ensuring correct and timely updates in the systems.

  • You will be mapping the supply chain flow and creating value propositions accordingly.

  • Tender Management and Project Management

  • You will lead the customer engagement process at onboarding and implementation phases to ensure a strongengagement of the company and customers

  • You will be leading regular business updated and meetings with the strategic clients

  • Engagement with Key Account Management Teams to leverage the success of the industryand create efficiency with the appointed customers.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields

  • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in sales, key account management and business development within the logistics sector, with a strong sales track record.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry as well as Logistics and supply chain management.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.

  • Competitive mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a drive to achieve business goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales management processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
