Kelly Services Maintenance Manager in Bartow, Florida
Kelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Bartow, FL!
This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
1st shift role! 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Job Description:
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program that minimizes down time
Execute safety objectives so as to continually improve the plants ISRS rating
Minimize MRO supply cost
Ensure necessary maintenance supply items are immediately available
Make recommendations for capital expenditures to optimize the benefits from expenditures for personnel, materials, and equipment
Oversee the implementation of plant improvement projects
Select, develop, and motivate employees ensuring fair and consistent treatment within applicable laws, policies and EEO guidelines to maintain continuity of a competent work force
Work with outside contractors taking bids and explaining requirements for work to be performed within the plant and conduct final inspection of that work
Supervise and schedule maintenance team to provide services for required shifts when applicable
Collaborate with Operations Management to improve production process and productivity
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role
Ability to spend 75% of workday standing or walking, 10% bending or kneeling, 10% stooping, and 5% climbing
Associates Degree ideal
