We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry, located in Bartlett, Illinois. The role of Accounting Manager/Supervisor will involve overseeing accounting functions, familiarizing oneself with accounting software systems, and performing regular audits. Your workplace will be a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organization are key.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations

• Coordinate and execute the month end close process

• Implement and monitor the company's accounting software systems

• Regularly conduct thorough audits to ensure that financial information is accurate

• Familiarize oneself with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Utilize BlackLine and Concur for various accounting tasks

• Collaborate with ADP for financial services

• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

Salary Range is $85,000-100,000 medical, dental, vision and 401k are offered.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is necessary.

• Experience in Auditing is a must.

• Ability to handle Month End Close efficiently is needed.
