Responsible for implementing projects requirements, specifications, standards, approved quality plan, procedures. Involve quality control inspection for all site activities of subcontractors Architectural and Civil, related works.

Job Duties:

  • The QC views of ongoing Architectural work, including roofs, fireproofing, exterior walls, windows, finishes and woodwork. Performed Industry Standard Project Management duties such as Contract administration, Pay Applications review and submission, Submittal review and submission, writing RFI's and meeting with Owners, Architects and subcontractors to review and resolve issues and onsite reviews of work in place and ongoing.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Architect with 2 years experience or person with 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in US Army Corps of Engineer projects a definite plus.
  • Experience working on large scale government contracts
