We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the growth and success of our neurovascular portfolio in Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia and Sicilia .

About the Role
As a Product Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting sales, providing technical expertise, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and promoting Stryker’s Neurovascular portfolio in your assigned territory
Building strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, and hospital staff
Providing product training, angio suite support , and technical guidance to healthcare professionals
Identifying new sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Organizing and participating in workshops, educational events, and congresses
Monitoring market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities
Ensuring effective logistics and distribution of neurovascular products
Collaborating with internal teams to implement marketing and sales strategies
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a sales or product specialist role, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
Education: University degree or equivalent experience
Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
Independence: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and manage a regional territory
Commitment to Excellence: Passion for delivering high-quality service and improving patient care
Location: Any major city in Calabria, Basilicata, or Puglia
Employment Type: Full-time
Field-Based Role: 80% travel within the territory
Operating Room Presence: 60% of time spent supporting procedures
