Reeb Millwork Corporation Branch Administrative Coordinator in Barclay, Maryland

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Branch Admin Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Match Invoices to Receipts
  • Process PO's for vendors and customers
  • Process Vendor credits
  • Print delivery tickets/credits for resolutions
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • MS Office suite, internet, e-mail savvy

  • Attention to details, organization skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate to customers, vendors, and team members
