As Supplier Sustainability Performance lead, you will co-design and execute long-term strategy to fully embed sustainability into our procurement business decision making process across the entire organization while representing Resp Sourcing with external organizations.

Your key responsibilities

• Own the Progress commitments action plans for Naturals on Responsible Sourcing. Lead Supplier sustainability performance monitoring & improvement for the Naturals categories accross group BUs (1,000 suppliers, 30 procurement members), including certifications at source. Propose medium term quantitative KPIs, drive program and report on program metrics in close collaboration with BUs procurement VP and leadership teams.

• Lead Scope 3 reduction program for Naturals.

• Benchmark our programs with leading industry players programs and engage with relevant specialized organizations to identify gaps.

• Participate to the Responsible Sourcing contribution to our group sustainability reporting and ratings.

• Participate to the digitalization and procurement capabilities enhancement programs.

• Contribute to the Join Forces events and initiatives on her/his scope, as well as join Customers and Stakeholders meeting with relevant.

• Represent the team locally (if not based in Barcelona), engage on field Due Diligences as needed, and travel to main Procurement hubs to engage with the teams (Kaisergaust, Geneva, Dax, Shanghia, etc.)

You bring

• 10+ years of successful track record within Procurement with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics, or Sustainability with experience or significant exposure to Procurement.

• Solid experience managing wide varieties of stakeholders with conflictual interest incl. executive level.

• Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal communication skills to work with cross functional and diverse team of leaders and experts

• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.

• A spirit of curiosity, embracing new challenges and pioneering innovative solutions that drive positive change.

• Data-driven decision maker mindset with excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong business focus and bias for action, ability to bring pragmatic approach to the role

• High level of energy & drive
