Your key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with preparing projects, samples, pricing, safety

• Maintain and updte customer database and sales records

• Coordinate and track project activities ensuring timely delivery

• Handle client inquiries and provide product or service information; communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders

• Perform general adminisrative tasks and document management

• Schedule and organize meetings , appointments and special events

You bring

• Capacity to manage administrative task and provide sales support

• Fluent English

• Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse Team

• Familiarity with trade applications

• Knowledge of Sales and Commercial processes
