Warehouse Improvement Leader
What you will do
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor position at JCH EU is to oversee and manage the logistics operations within a warehouse facility operated by the 3PL. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with the 3PL provider to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, while also maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer orders, as well as monitoring the performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor may be involved in optimizing the warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and minimize costs. Overall, the role of the Warehouse Supervisor is to effectively manage the warehouse facility to meet the company's goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
How you will do it
Own warehousing operation performance for Central Distribution Center and UK Spoke through management of our 3PLs
Continuous Improvement: Driving 5% year on year savings through bottom-up approach
Quality: Setup and manage good practices to ensure the quality of our Products
EHS: Setup and manage good practices to ensure the safety of our People and Products
Forward planning with relevant stakeholders to ensure operation meets business requirements
Ensure close communication with relevant team members to facilitate On Time, In Full Delivery to drive Customer Satisfaction
Own warehouse operation performance metric and issues resolution
Location: Masquefa
What we are looking for
Min 7-10 years of experience of managing 3PL warehousing operation performance for Industrial sector, Diploma or Degree holder
Able to lead and drive CI activities through LEAN methodology and familiar with implementing and maintaining tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.
Understands and able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive proper Corrective and Preventive Actions for Quality and EHS matters
Able to lead and coach employees. 3-5 years of People Management experiencie is preferred.
High level of English
Familiar with Oracle 11i
Comfortable working in a matrix organization
Good leadership back with strong analytical skills
