Hilton Supply Management Internship in Barcelona, Spain

What will I be doing?

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed reports for procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Support the analysis of purchasing trends and supplier performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and advanced analysis using Excel to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Help with maintaining supplier records and procurement documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team in day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in supplier evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Spanish and English

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficient in Spanish (required) and English at a professional level.
  • Comfortable with advanced Excel skills or able and eager to learn quickly (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Power Query).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

To do an internship in our hotel is necessary to be able to formalize an internship agreement with an university or school.
