Location: Barcelona, Spain (ideally) With the possibility to open it globally/remote work

Global Planning Taste team member who will be focused on coordinating and centralizing master data activities within the business unit, plus being the point of contact for different planning related projects

Your Key Responsibilities

• BU main point of contact for Master data related activities, ensuring the alignment of standards with group planning data owners and being responsible for its correct deployment in Taste business unit, working together with the different data responsibles

• Coordinate with BU data responsibles the different tasks and reviews to be done to ensure a correct MD set up

• Centralize the execution of different master data tasks that due to its nature would be more efficient to be taken by this new role, although always being aligned with the different stakeholders

• Propose and execute new initiatives to improve the master data coordination, monitoring, identification of issues and its resolution

• Ensure MD best practices are harmonized across the regions and within global team

• Participate on different planning related projects (not necessarily related to Master data) to ensure both the requirements from the BU are well captured and the new ways of working embraced by the different stakeholders

• Gather new user stories which could imply a significant and quantifiable value to the planning accuracy, processes, automations or usability of the tools

• Monitor & quantify global MD effectiveness KPIs to valorize the impact of the different initiatives

  You bring

• Experience with planning related master data, both on demand and supply side

• Experience with SAP and Kinaxis

• Experience with SAP-APO is a plus

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems by analyzing data, reasoning options and presenting a recommended solution

• Ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders

• Resilience, persistence and keep a positive attitude in front of difficulties

• Prioritization and time management skills

• A fresh perspective with constructive challenges to existing measures and ways of working

• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

• Actively collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve our objectives towards a common goal
