About the role

Daily management of process areas. Plan and organize the Liquid and Solid process areas to ensure compliance with Production Programs, meeting established Quality and Safety standards, and coordinating daily incidents with other departments as necessary.

Your responsibilities

Customer Service/Competitiveness/Cost:

• Manage the process area (planning and resources) to ensure the proper compliance with the Production Program.

• Coordinate with maintenance the interventions to be carried out in the process areas to ensure that the planned production schedule is not interrupted.

• Monitor OEE losses due to incidents in the Process area, creating the corresponding action plan.

• Lead the periodic meeting with maintenance to follow up on identified corrective or improvement actions.

• Collaborate / Lead the technical projects carried out in the process area, ensuring their correct implementation.

• Collaborate in industrial trials, assessing their technical impact.

• Monitor waste in the assigned area with the aim of reducing it and/or keeping it under control.

• For these actions, support is provided by personnel from the Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality Departments.

Project Management:

• Technically evaluate all project proposals in the assigned area to make decisions on their technical feasibility.

• Technically lead the projects decided to be implemented in the assigned area.

• Lead the start-up and confirm compliance with the project's success criteria.

The experience we're looking for

Previous experience in the Production, Engineering, and/or Maintenance Departments (in FMCG, cosmetics, or food companies) is recommended, as well as knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
