Key Responsibilities
Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the vision of the IGA product based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that deliver value to users and the organization while aligning with overall company goals.
System Implementation and Maintenance:
Design, deploy, and maintain identity governance and administration solutions that meet the organization’s security policies and compliance requirements.
Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and patches to ensure the IGA platform remains secure and efficient.
Access Control Management:
Develop and manage access control policies, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications, ensuring that users have appropriate access levels based on their roles and responsibilities.
Automate routine access control tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the potential for human error.
Product Management:
Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of product features and enhancements, ensuring they align with the product strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and operations, to deliver high-quality product updates and new features on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for the product, interfacing with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, security, compliance, business units) and external parties (e.g., vendors, partners) to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations.
Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams to address challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure a smooth product development lifecycle.
User Experience and Adoption:
Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into the product design and development process to enhance user satisfaction and adoption.
Develop and execute strategies for user training, support, and engagement to ensure that users can effectively utilize the IGA system.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices for identity and access management.
Work with security teams to incorporate robust security measures into the product, safeguarding sensitive data and preventing unauthorized access.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitor its performance against these metrics.
Generate reports and insights on product usage, adoption, and impact, using this data to inform future product decisions.
Experience, skills and behaviours
Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational complex setting.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Identity and Access management strategies for large user bases.
Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.
Project management skills to plan and execute Identoty-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Agile or other project management methodologies experience is a plus
Indicate the required skills and behavioral competencies
Strong understanding of IGA principles, technologies, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
Experience with leading IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager).
Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline IGA processes.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or specific vendor certifications related to IGA technologies.
