Lead Expert GSC IBP Excellence

Location: Spain

Drive the transformation and adoption of global, regional, and cross-BU IBP operating models as a Business Planning SME. Partner with Business Units to implement best practices, standardize processes, and promote continuous improvement, optimizing business planning and decision-making for enhanced performance and growth across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for S&OP and S&OE continuous improvement and standardization with a global & regional scope and cross Business Unit.

• Participate as IBP responsible in planning transformation programs / projects in the different phases.

• Lead IBP Communities of Excellence to ensure best practices, standards, new projects are shared and adopted by planning teams.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IBP within planning and cross supply chain.

• Ensure best in class processes and tools are implemented and adopted by operational teams.

• Elaborate and keep up to date trainings and detailed step by step processes for IBP.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.

• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

• Experience in Kinaxis is a plus

• Fluency in English; other lenguages is a plus

• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
