D&T Finance EPM Manager

Barcelona, Spain – preffered location. Flexibility with candidates located in Maastricht, Kaiseraugst.

Within D&T Finance chapter, owning the EPM solutions for Finance platform. Act as product manager for finance global planning process and be accountable to set the right quality standards for the process combining data from different sources in central Finance EPM tools.

Reporting to D&T Finance Chapter lead, be expert in EPM solutions and have 360º view on forecasting and planning processes for the Finance business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end to end the EPM solution for financial planning and Margin Insides.

• Manage senior FP&A stakeholders to align tech solutions fitting the needs for financial planning and analysis.

• Be able to incorporate the right standards in terms of methodology, data integration, documentation and tech solution management.

• Act as a EPM solution product manager being able to work with partners driving the right direction of the strategy of EPM solutions.

• Support FP&A community on understanding the data flow and its integration from other departments (demand planning, procurement, HR).

• Improve way or working for this area by adding quality steps on the e2e chain from the demand to the delivery.

You bring

• At least 10 years of experience in EPM/BI technologies.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in OneStream, Board or Anaplan would be a plus.

• Be able to understand end to end flows for financial planning area: actual, forecast and budget. For end-to-end view (P&L + balance sheet + cash).

• Senior stakeholder management at global and regional level.

• Management skills where you can prepare/lead follow up sessions, KPIs, and Steercos.

• Passion to Digital and Tech world, where innovative management style is appreciated.

• Strong and effective communication skills, and ability to work with the right quality and documentation standards. Proactivity and commitment for the day-to-day deliveries.
