Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our Information Technology department. The IT Director will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, management, and execution of IT operations. This includes managing the IT team, ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, and driving technology initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.

  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications.

  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting professional development and excellence.

  • Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business operations.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.

  • Experience with budgeting and strategic planning.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
