What You'll Do:

Our Human Resources team is the driving force behind recruitment, employee relations, training, the administration of compensation and benefits and other initiatives to enhance the overall work experience for our dedicated staff. As a Facility Coordinator, you will provide human resources and customer service support to the center significantly impacting the satisfaction of both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, time card preparation and paycheck distribution; answers employee questions regarding payroll

  • Coordinates the recruitment process for all departments, ensuring the acquisition of qualified and compassionate healthcare professionals

  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute strategy for recruiting partnerships, advertising, and the center's hiring process

  • Administers facility's group health insurance programs, savings program, pension plan, and life insurance plans.

  • Develops and implements employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture

  • Handles employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Plans and oversees training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and knowledge

  • Develops, maintains and ensures compliance to HR policies and procedures, regulations and best practices

  • Prepares compliance records, statistics, special reports and turnover analysis if necessary.

  • Manages workers compensation, personal & family leave, unemployment and disability programs

  • Collaborates with leadership to create strategies for talent retention and succession planning

  • Accountable for day-to-day transactional HR tasks and resource to employees

  • Participates in the facility's quality improvement program; sets objectives and monitors their completion on a quarterly basis

  • May provide coverage of reception desk and other family/guest relations activities

Rate of Pay

USD $20.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Facilities Coordinator include:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Payroll Experience a plus

  • Understanding of healthcare industry HR practices and regulations

  • Experience in insurance, benefits, unemployment compensation and state or federal guidelines pertaining to Human Resources preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compassionate and empathetic nature toward staff, candidates and others

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Proficiency in office software and basic computer skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals
