About the role

  • Our Procurement Service Connection Support worldwide team, integrated in the GBS Procurement Service Line, focuses on promoting the standard services and to push for more compliance for any stakeholder in our processes.

  • As a Service Connection Support Specialist, you will build on your service / process knowledge and connectivity to the users and different PSL teams.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Promoting and reminding standard services and how to access them to avoid any recurring non compliance

  • Easing and promoting the users self service approach (push to left) using standard solutions

  • Supporting the local organizations to utilize the PtP services at its best through best practices sharing and identify areas of improvement which could generate process competitive advantages for the entire scope

  • Providing spot training to user community on PtP solutions to reinforce compliance

  • In case of process non compliance, ensuring stakeholders follow up to unblock the process (like Workcycles,ticket not answer, …)

  • Managing and solving service non standard user issues

  • Working in close collaboration with service specialist and compliance to analyse root cause and solve non standard service issue

  • Alerting service line on risk and opportunities that changes could generate for service improvement

  • Actively supporting the capability acceleration and competence growth of Operations

  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent

  • Relevant work experience in Procurement area

  • Competencies:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English (mandatory)

  • Fluent in any other Asian language (optional)

  • SAP experience in the domain

  • Knowledge of process mining tools and similar

  • Behaviors:

  • Proactive with a high level of initiative

  • Customer orientated with good level of problem solving skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels in the organisation

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Strong communication skills

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Thailand monthly base pay reasonably expected for this role is 42,000 to 65,000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
