Join Our Team as a Dynamic Procurement Manager!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution? At Colgate-Palmolive, we're looking for a motivated and inspiring Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing efforts and ensure excellence across our supply chain.
What You Will Do:
Drive Performance: Lead and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal purchasing results.
Strategic Negotiations: Conduct effective negotiations for local raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods with external manufacturers.
Budget Management: Implement and monitor the procurement budget for materials and finished goods under your purview.
Inventory Optimization: Ensure raw and packaging material inventories are optimized for efficiency and minimal waste.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams, including Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing, and Finance, to enforce purchasing policies, resolve issues, and align strategies.
New Product Launches: Collaborate with product launch teams to ensure new products are executed seamlessly.
Growth Initiatives: Play a key role in local Funding the Growth Programs.
Leverage Technology: Utilize SAP and other “e-tools” (like auctions and e-Savings) to drive growth, simplification, and standardization.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Colgate-Palmolive and government guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, and Regulatory standards for materials.
Leadership and Development: Inspire and coach individuals, fostering teamwork and providing oversight, including performance appraisals and delegation.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Technical or Business fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of functional experience with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles.
Industry Advantage: Experience in the Consumer Goods Industry and packaging is highly valued.
Project Management: Proven project management experience is essential.
Manufacturing Acumen: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing business.
Soft Skills: Proactive, with strong initiative, analytical thinking, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to our Chonburi plant and other Colgate subsidiaries.
Language and Technical Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with strong competence in Google tools and other computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $135.333,00 - $275.400,00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
