Nestle Communication & Campaign Specialist - Nespresso in Bangkok, Thailand

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

At least 4-5 years of experience in communication ,Robust experience in media planning and digital marketing

Worked for a premium brand with an FMCG mindset

Existing network in media/PR/KOLs

Experience in managing external agencies /Good command in English & Thai.

A DAY IN LIFT...

  • Assist in preparing marketing plans, including budget and both short- and long-term strategies.

  • Lead end-to-end brand campaigns from planning to execution, including localizing and executing global media strategies and developing ATL and BTL campaign materials for both B2C and B2B.

  • Ensure creative excellence in all customer communications and touchpoints across all channels, in line with local market needs. This includes developing, executing, and guarding the (visual) brand identity and tone of voice, as well as supporting the adaptation and creation of all communications with expert input on key messaging.

  • Work with digital marketing agencies to create campaign content for Facebook, Instagram, and Line.

  • Work with media and global creative agencies to plan and implement integrated communications, both online and offline.

  • Collaborate with the E-Com team to deliver a seamless campaign journey.

  • Track campaign performance metrics.

  • Manage budget (PFME) and campaign timelines with accuracy.

  • Create relevant reports on marketing campaigns, including NPPM pre- and post-evaluations, weekly campaign performance reports, and analyses.

  • Use consumer insights and testing to refine communication assets.

  • Work with the CRM team to utilize insights and CRM data to maximize the impact of communication plans.

  • Develop key messages for (e)DMs, in close cooperation with CRM and Product marketing for 360 campaigns.

  • Create communication campaigns for the B2B channel, driving awareness of Nespresso Profession and collecting leads for further contact.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • University degree qualified, preferably in marketing or marketing communication

  • 4-5 years of experience in communication

  • Robust experience in media planning and digital marketing

  • Extensive experience in both offline and online media management

  • Experience with various advertising campaigns, including B2B and B2C

  • Experience in digital marketing

  • Strong in content creation

  • Strong in project management, can handle multiple tasks with excellence in execution
