AIG Agency Manager in Bangkok, Thailand

Join us as an Agency Manager to grow your experience in Sales and Agency Management

How you will create an impact

  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new agents.

  • Training and Development of Agents

  • Achieving production budget

  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and providing effective coaching to agents

  • Creating realistic sales forecast

  • Working directly with agents to expand the business

  • Monitoring compliance with Agent registration requirements

  • Developing and executing work plan aligning with agency and overall AIG strategic priority

What you'll need to succeed

  • Has experience managing in a structured sales environment, developing and executing sales activity

  • Is a positive change agent – leading groups of salesforces towards new and improving operational working process on digital platform

  • Has a commitment to overachievement – with always “can do” attitude

  • Uses good judgement – especially when tasked with difficult assignment

  • Is a team builder – recruiting and developing new salesforces

  • Self-motivated and can work independently

  • Ability to share knowledge among peers and to business partner (agent)

  • Experience in successfully mentoring and leading others effectively

  • Experience in consultative sales process
