Resideo Sr Advanced Enterprise Architect in BANGALORE METROPOLITAN AREA, India
The Resideo PIM/DAM is a master data solutions for acquiring, managing and transforming a company’s product information into persuasive and personalized content for marketing, sales, digital commerce and new market opportunities. The junior support engineer will take direction from the senior support engineer and will be tasked to conduct technical activities that ensure the day-to-day optimal operations of the PIM/DAM application and the associate integrations.
JOB DUTIES:
Analyze PIM/DAM Production support issues and fixing it.
Monitor Production services on daily basis.
Setup new users/roles to data stewards and business admins in all three environments.
Maintaining scheduled jobs and validating data feeds running on daily/weekly and monthly in production.
Develop and test new syndications PIM code in DEV environment
Migrate PIM code from lower environment to higher environment (from DEV to QA and Production).
Created and supporting various PowerShell scripts to send data for new syndications, archive data clean-up, asset optimization/transformations.
Updating specifications file to send data from PIM to Resideo Websites.
Handle new change requests from EMEA and North America data steward teams. Requests like language report generation, templates creation for data management.
Patching validations for DEV, QA, and Production environments every quarter of the year.
Handling Resideo External Distributors Syndication requests.
Setup a new Resideo Self-Service distributor setup and give demo.
Writing and optimizing SQL queries & statements.
Creating procedures, functions, and other database objects.
Gather data volume exported from PIM on daily/weekly/monthly basis and maintain graphical view in confluence
Perform ad hoc data import/export of PIM/DAM
Validate database refresh from Production to lower environments
Generate Image variants in lower environment after database refresh
Enterworks product level issue analysis and work with Product team to get a resolution.
PIM/DAM certificate renewal on yearly basis for all 3 environments (DEV, QA and Production)
Developed and supporting automated jobs created to maintain data consistency in Enterworks.
Developed and supporting LOB (Line of Business) details in PIM based on ERP data received.
Work with SAP team to push a new sales org data to PIM.
Prepare sheet for Translation company to get translation of PIM Attributes/Hierarchies/Free text data
Load the translated multi-language data into all 3 PIM environments (DEV, QA and Production)
Data Analysis to share the insights for various tasks received from Data steward team
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum 3-5 years experience on Product Information Management (PIM) applications like Enterworks or similar PIM applications. .
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) applications like Enterworks or similar DAM applications like Informatica, Salisfy. .
Minimum 3-5 years experience with EnterWorks Process Exchange (EPX) or similar process modeling tools used for workflow orchestration. .
WE VALUE:
Basic understanding of Remote Desktop Services like mRemoteNG
Basic understanding of Web Certificate creation process
Basic understanding of debugging web and server applications
Some exposure to JAVA base application and Tomcat services
Some exposure to basic network routing, virtual network configurations, and content delivery networks.
Some exposure to Excel based macros the integrate with application APIs
Some exposure Swagger, Postman and Application APIs
Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and take direction from senior resources
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Some exposure to working with internal business owners and external customers
Willingness to learn new skillsets and have a personal drive to develop and improve operational excellence.
Basic understanding Windows Server OS, SQL Server, PowerShell and SFTP Scripting, Windows Scheduler and XML, JSON, CSV file formats
