Job Description

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery : Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in the processes, voice operations, and underwriting.

  • Curriculum Development : Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure they are current and effective.

  • Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and monitoring to ensure understanding and application of training content.

  • Coaching : Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees to address individual learning needs and improve performance.

  • Compliance : Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mortgage with a focus on voice operations. Previous training experience is highly desirable.

  • Mortgage & Underwriting Expertise : Responsible and comprehensive knowledge for developing, delivering, and assessing training programs related to mortgage underwriting processes, policies, key regulations and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in training methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
