Labcorp Sr. Manager Marketing Services Project Lead in Bangalore, India
Overview
As a Project Lead on the Field activation team at Labcorp, you’ll have the opportunity to support the operational engagement of work, the review and execution of program collateral, possessing exceptional organizational and collaborative skills with high-level competencies in project and program management, marketing communications, and asset management within a highly matrixed global organization. Ideal candidates are proficient in marketing project preparation, execution and deployment, as well as intra-personal communications and attention to detail. This Project Lead will need to demonstrate strong leadership across Marketing with a collaborative and cooperative attitude and fostering continuous and effective communication within the project teams (and externally as needed). They are the focal point for initiatives that include multiple stakeholders in marketing and related business units, leveraging strong backgrounds in marketing operations to ensure successful project completion and outstanding service. This role primarily focuses on driving Labcorp's gaps in care managed programs and LES marketing support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project and Program Leadership: Proficiently manage and support marketing initiatives, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline constraints.
Operational Excellence: Define and sustain standard operating procedures to drive quality, accuracy, and speed to market based on formal feedback channels and best practices.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships across departments and with external partners to facilitate smooth project execution; fostering collaboration and maintaining effective communication within project teams and with external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project completion.
Innovative Approaches: Seek out opportunities to digitize and automate the way we work,
Brand guideline awareness and client satisfaction
Understand and leverage the interconnectivity of Labcorp-approved technology and project management resources.
Lead and manage a portfolio of marketing projects, services and resources that support corporate, business, brand, and strategic marketing initiatives
Liaise with internal cross functional project team to include the external client (if applicable) to manage timelines, product development activities and deliverables
Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple complex and dynamic programs with tight timelines and high administrative demand
Adjust priorities based on fluid business timelines
Work with manager and team to make sound decisions and move work forward.
Serve as single point of contact internally (commercial, implementation, legal) & externally for programs
Lead asset review process with cross-functional teams (Teams call, Email)
Verify content and manage communications about changes with team (Teams call, email)
Qualifications Preferred:
12 + years in a marketing or project management role, either in an agency or internal position; range of experience with project management theory and best practices Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications or related field
Requirements:
Strong organizational, prioritization and governance skills Accomplished, confident communicator and collaborator across the spectrum of engagements working day-to-day with tactical stakeholders, strong communications skills Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading teams of program managers, mentoring, and guiding the career development of direct reports. Well-rounded in Microsoft Office suite, Canva including Teams Proficient in Adobe Workfront
