Role: Recruiter

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune

Employment: Full Time

Shift : 7am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm

Mode : Hybrid

Team and importance of the role;

As a recruiter, you will be responsible to work with the team in sourcing the candidates from provided job boards, meet monthly hire goals, establish relationships with consultants, candidate negotiation, ATS tracking.

Job responsibilities;

-Identify and source the candidates from job boards/ Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other

sites

-Meet the monthly hire goals.

• Visual Screen prospective candidates.

• Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.

• Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time.

• Work all assigned job orders until covered.

• Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.

• Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns, build talent funnel.

Preferred Skills;

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.

• Should have excellent written communication skills.

• 5 years of recruiting experience in Sourcing the candidate in APAC region mandatory

• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
