We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst who will be responsible for working on system requirements and design for eCommerce projects.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Business Analyst include:

  • Own the design phase of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Understand integration points with other systems that interface with Beckman.com andminimize ripple effects during development. You will be working on small to large sized projects, driving the projects to completion whileensuring process adherence and business success.

  • Decompose business and user requirements to technical specifications. Translate technical requirements to design documentation to fit business needs withsystem architecture and components. Develop new features and continuously improve the existing ones to increase thefunctionality of Sitecore, Salesforce, Oracle, and other applications.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the organization to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability.

Participate in development and deployment process as needed and trace the requirements to deployed system to ensure all the requirements are met.

  • Track and report technical barriers and propose solutions that address both business and system needs. Create use cases and test scripts for systems related testing and serve as liaison tobusiness during UAT process.

  • Provide critical support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis. Support projects and initiatives. Develop training documents and establish standard workwhere needed.

Your experience/skills will include:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study.

  • 3+ years working with web development, information architecture, CMS (Sitecore preferred), and integrated technologies required.

  • 3+ years creating design document and blueprint of system architecture as per technical specifications.

  • 3+ years’ experience with B2B eCommerce solutions, Salesforce, and product management systems

  • 3+ years’ experience with written and verbal communication skills in a global environment (in English), with both technical and non-technical team members and business users around theworld.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to drive towards a solution even when there is some business ambiguity.

  • Experience working in Agile framework with proven planning and organizational skills.

  • Sitecore CMS
